Additional Hours
Any work exceeding the included 30 hours will be billed at $225/hour and agreed upon and billed in advance. Alternatively, you may add more hours to your subscription at a discounted rate.

Over a focused session, our consultancy team will work with you to break down your idea into a strategic, actionable roadmap—drawing on insights from over 100+ successful projects delivered in the past 5 years.
Together with our studio, we'll produce a detailed scoping document that outlines timelines, cost estimates, and responsibilities.
By the end of the Discovery Phase, your project will be ready for smooth execution. And if you choose to continue working with us, we'll deduct the $1,499 from your final project cost.

Once you’ve made your payment, you’ll be directed to a page where you can book a workshop with our creative team. During the workshop, we’ll learn more about your product, goals, and priorities. These priorities will then be added to a shared Trello board, where you can create and manage the specific tasks you’d like us to support. The Avark team will keep this board updated and use it, along with Slack or Telegram, to request feedback and share progress with your team. At the end of each month, we’ll provide a report detailing the hours spent on each task so you can easily track your design investment.
Avark allows payment via Crypto (USDC), and Stripe. Invoice will be generated and sent via email upon successful receipt of payment. PO numbers and NDA's can also be provided and signed upon request to [email protected]. Please note that VAT will be applied to all UK clients and EU businesses that do not provide a valid VAT number. All payments are final. No refunds will be issued once a payment has been processed.
