The first step in our discovery stage is a call with your team. We'll learn more about who you are, what you're building and what area of the product you'd like us to work on.

From here we dig deeper into what success looks like for you. This might include researching and engaging with your existing product, communities, users, and competitors.

Next, we'll arrange a kick-off call. We'll introduce you to the faces at Avark who'll be working on your project, allowing both sides to ask questions to ensure we're all heading in the same direction.

Discovery concludes with a clarity on what a successful sprint looks like, how we measure that, and what deliverables you need upon completion.

Now we’ve figured out the design problems that need to be solved, we turn our attention to the UX.

Our UX designers will start creating wireframes for your product - these are low-fidelity mockups which focus on issues like functionality and user flow. They come as working prototypes that replicate the live experience so that you can test the flow of the user journey before we move to the UI design phase.

Throughout this process, we'll regularly contact you before actioning any feedback until you're happy to sign off on this part of the process.

Once you’ve signed off on a wireframe produced by our UX team, we'll hand it over to our UI designers.

We'll begin applying the visual design, ensuring it integrates seamlessly with the rest of your product and aligns perfectly with your brand's identity and vision.
